At M A Hair, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, so we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please be aware of our 48-hour Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% service charge. This fee is necessary to compensate our dedicated stylists, who have reserved this time especially for you.

We will send a reminder via Fresha 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy.
